Made by hand, these true Methode Champenoise, sparkling wines were begun in 2014. Ten years later the final disgorgement and Pinot Blanc dosage of this vintage is complete. It is a throwback to the grower-producer champagnes of France. Intensely fragrant and flavorful these are not your off-the-shelf bubbles! Very limited production.
