Pinot Gouges is a white mutation from Pinot Noir which occurred in 1936. This grape is super rare with 12 known acres on Earth. It is a white wine unlike any we know. Bright white flower and pear aromatics, acid drive on attack leads to a much weightier mouthfeel, stone-pear-vanillin palate, and a long, clean finish.
